Beat Dance Battle (BDB) is the Brussels battle where beatbox and dance meet, created in 2019 by MC Ghiizmo. Beatboxers and dancers are drawn into duos and battle each other, the beatboxer providing the music the dancer answers on the spot, usually in a 7 to Smoke format with guest line-ups from Belgium and abroad, followed by an open dance cypher. Editions have been held at Urban Center Brussel, on Place de la Chapelle and, in 2025, in Dalifort, Senegal.
