The first season of Next Gen Beatbox, an online solo championship with a $5,000 USD prize for the champion. 8 invited beatboxers are joined by 8 wildcard winners picked from open submissions (October 1 to November 1, 2026). All 16 submit a seeding round (November 7 to 20) that sets the bracket. Then 1v1 video battles are released every two weeks: Top 16 from November 21, quarter-finals from December 5, semi-finals from December 20, and a two-round grand final from January 3 to 17, 2027. Judges score musicality, technicality, style, production and battle. Every battle won pays $100, and fan votes award $500 for the best seeding round and $500 for the fan favourite of the whole season.
