Maya Battle

Maya Battle was an international hip-hop festival in Moscow built entirely around 2 vs 2 battles, in breaking and in beatboxing. Its beatbox championship, one of the first official beatbox competitions in Russia, was contested only in tag teams, a format no one had run before. Beatbox was part of the first three editions (2008 to 2010), judged by Wan Dan in 2008 and by Vahtang in 2009 and 2010, and crowned Microphone Check, Mad Twinz and BeatBoys.
